He was really passionate about entertainment activities and he went to Washington High School when he was just 16 years old after graduating he started serving in the United States Navy and was stationed at Naval Station Treasure Island in San Francisco. Art then went to Los Angeles city college and Stanford University to study radio engineering and he had ample amount of talent in himself and unshakable self-confidence. Started his radio program during World War two in San Francisco.
